This short tutorial will show you how to
master the art of “Cut Copy & Paste”
Using your mouse and keyboard.

Even if you know next to nothing about using a computer.
You can learn some simple tricks that will do complex work
for you in no time at all. Great Stuff Here

First, we will learn how to “Copy and Paste”

1 - Place your cursor in front of the first word in the
text you want to copy . Now, hold down your left mouse button
as you drag your mouse over the selection of text you wish to copy.

The block of text will be highlighted as you drag your mouse cursor
over the text. You can select some or all of the text by going right to
left or left to right it does not really matter. Once you selected the text
you want to copy, let go of the left mouse button.

2 - After the text is selected, position
your cursor over the selected section.

3 - Right click on it.

4 - A drop down menu will appear, from that drop down
menu select copy.

5 - Now go to the document, note pad or location you want
to paste the text into.

6 - Place your cursor in the section of the document where
you want the text or image to appear

7 -Right click.

8 - A drop down menu will appear, from the drop down menu
select paste. The copied text/image will appear.

Walla! – Walla! —– ”Piece of Cake”

And you thought it was going to be complicated

Ok now let’s learn to “Cut and Paste”

1- The only difference between copy and cut is that when
you cut the text/image it is removed completely from the
document that you cut it from and not just copied, but it
can still be pasted.

2 – Follow steps: 2 through 8 from, Copy and Paste above.

You have now mastered the techniques to
Cut Copy and Paste Text and Images.

How To Cut Copy and Paste Using The Keyboard

Way back when before the invention of the mouse,
everything on a computer was done using the
keyboard. Today, you can still do TONS of stuff
with the keyboard that you could never accomplish with your
mouse. You just have to know how.

What can you do with the keyboard? Well you can clear all
of the stuff on your screen, safely minimizing it to the bottom
of your screen where your Task bar lives (next to the Start button)
by holding down the Windows logo (Microsoft Logo) key and
pressing the letter ‘D’.

“Give It Try” Amazing!!

The Logo key is on the bottom row between the Ctrl and
Alt keys to the left of the spacebar and to its right.
Try it. Hold down the logo key… press ‘D’… and release
‘D’… then release the logo key. Easy Huh!!

If you press the Logo key alone, nothing happens until you
release the key. Press and release it to activate the Start Menu.
Simply Amazing when you know some little tricks.

Want to copy some text from a web site and paste it into a
Word processor such as Word, Notepad, or even e-mails.
Open the document you want to copy from, then open the document,
E-mail, web Page you want to copy too. Place you mouse cursor over
the text and highlight (left click on the mouse) the text you want to copy)
then hold down the Ctrl key and press the ‘C’ key. You won’t see anything happen.

“Don’t Panic”

Now, move to the document you want the text to appear in,
click once where you want the next to appear to set the cursor.
Then, hold down the Ctrl key, and press the ‘V’ key.
The text will appear. If it doesn’t, you didn’t highlight
the text from the previous document.

Remember to left click on the mouse to highlight the text you want.
We just learned that in first part of the tutorial remember, sure you do.
You can highlight text with the keyboard, too.

Now give it a try, make sure your cursor is located in the body of this email.
Doesn’t matter where it’s only a test, you can’t hurt anything.
Now, hold down the Shift key and press the right arrow
key. See the text being highlighted? It’s being ’selected’!
You can use the arrow keys to go up, down, right,
left what ever you like.

Wow — Magic!!!

Select as much as you desire, then do the Ctrl + C thing to
copy, and Ctrl + V to paste.

Here but a few more keyboard “shortcuts” that can come in handy for you.

Ctrl + C —–Copy
Ctrl + V —– Paste
Ctrl + Z —– Undo
Ctrl + X ——Cut

Helpful hint, if your not comfortable with cutting and pasting text.
Make a back up copy of the document your working on just in case.
Remember you can use the Ctrl + Z key to undo (restore) what you cut
as long as you do not close out of the original document.

If you leave the original document your system will ask you if you want
to save the changes to the document, if you say “yes” the text you cut
is removed from that document. E-mails work a little different, you can copy
from an open email, but you cannot cut from it.

Go ahead, give it a try, do it now.

A hyperlink, also called simply “a link”, is a reference in a hypertext document to another document or other resource. It is an integral part of the hypertext transfer protocol (http) for the World Wide Web, but it is used also in offline documents, such as .pdf (portable document file, Adobe Acrobat native format) and in .XML (extended markup language). Hyperlink can be used to capture content and save it, view it as a separate document or display it as a part of the reference document.

The history of the hyperlink

The history of the hyperlink began in 1965. Theodore Nelson in “the Xanadu Project” transposed the idea from a fictional microfilm cross-referencing system into the computer world. In a series of books and articles published from 1964 through 1980 the general concept was changed from linking whole microfilm pages to connecting specific lines of computer text.

The primary concept was intended to be used on single computer, however introduction of the DARPA network transformed the idea into creating links between documents and files stored on several networked computers. The idea of connecting parts of a single document via hyperlink arose independently, but was quickly merged into the hyperlink system. Both concepts together were fundamental in creating World Wide Web.

How does a hyperlink work?

A hyperlink has two ends, called anchors, and a direction. The link starts at the source anchor and points to the destination anchor. However, the name hyperlink is often used for the source anchor, while the destination anchor is called the hyperlink target. Every browser shows text hyperlinks somewhat exposed (they usually mark it with a different color). Clicking on the hyperlink activates it and displays the target document.

But hyperlinks are not only the way we surf the Internet. Life on the Web without search engines is almost impossible today, because of unbelievable amount of networked information. Most search engines use so-called “page ranking” to measure which site may contain useful information. This mechanism is mostly based on hyperlink popularity. Although whole idea of “page rank” is more complicated, its general concept is based on a simple rule: the more hyperlinks pointing to a page, the higher rank that page gets.

Of course, each hyperlink has different a value, based on the popularity of the “source” site (This means simply that if your website is a target for a hyperlink placed on big site like CNet, it has a much higher page rank than a site with several hyperlink connections from smaller less important sites). This process is based on the measuring of a hyperlink’s quality. Although not perfect, both mechanisms usually work well enough to determine which website has good content and which hasn’t.

This articles shares with you the seven Blessings of the Celtic idea of Anamchara meaning “Soul Friend.”

In Corrogue it is frosty.

The ramp into our “acre of diamonds” is now firm underfoot where before it was a sea of mud. Murphy our dog runs excitedly by my side. We are on our way to release the chickens from the coop. They are to be fed porridge oats in milk.

Murphy has become an honorary chicken. He has been self-appointed. He now eats with the hens and cockerels as I give them their long awaited breakfast. They are now together, dog and birds, loving this life that is secure and satisfying for them.

I am becoming clearer. I am becoming more integrated and more know of the flow of this life. I am become a soul friend. I am becoming what is known in the Celtic tradition an Anam Cara. This translates as Anam meaning “soul” and Cara meaning “friend.”

Like our beautiful dog Murphy I am busy rounding up different aspects of my less integrated self. These are pieces that are like different chickens within a roost. I gently bring them together in love and acceptance. I imagine myself sitting atop a chicken coop with my chicken friends and we would debate various life questions.

We might ask “What does it mean to be a seeker after soul.” We would squawk about our inner life. We would peck at the question “is the unexamined life worth living?” We would joke about what happened when the chicken crossed the road. More seriously we would scratch in the earth to query that existential question, “What came first - the chicken or the egg?”

One of our favourite hens (and I have to acknowledge I do have favourites) is Boddica. She is fearless. She would be the hen to ask fierce questions. She is the hen equivalent of a soul friend. She probes your knowing and understanding of who you really are. She might ask, “What does an Anam Cara do?

In answer to Bodica`s question I would humbly reply thus.

An Anam Cara loves your essence.

They see you beyond your mask. This is the mask of persona. This is what you call personality. They see beyond the fear. They see the absence of love. This is love you withdraw from others and yourself. This is the love that is your real power. This does not mean they have to like YOU. You are the one that gets in the way of soul. You soul is the light of love and it needs light. It needs the lightness of being. An Anam Cara will remind you simply “to be.”

An Anam Cara lives close to the land.

They might be found roosting with chickens. They love the elements of fire, water, earth and air. They are elemental beings although they are more down to earth than mental. Some might consider they exhibit opposite traits. They love sensuality and sexuality. They love the play of Eros. This takes them on the wing. An Anam Cara will remind you to come to your senses and be sensational.

An Anam Cara guides you to the presence you are.

They are people of the silence. They listen. They do not debate. They do not fill you up with knowledge. They transmit the knowing of love. They touch you with beauty. This is not their beauty but the beauty of the Beloved. They move in the world as nobodies of import. They do not puff up your ego. They may build your ego up. They do so in order that you can disappear. This is in order that you can fly the coop. This is so you can enter the joy of leaving the prison house of never being enough.

An Anam Cara reminds you of what is important.

They guide you to knowing who you are. They take you into what are called in Ireland “thin places.” They take you to the edge. They coax you to the edge. When you are trusting enough they push you. They know this is the only way for you to learn to fly. They know you are an eagle that was brought up in a society of chickens. The Anam Cara will take you soaring. The very air that will take you higher is learning trust and faith in your essential goodness.

An Anam Cara takes you to the source. You will be taken beyond time and space to the very souse of your being. This will be done using different techniques depending on which Anam Cara you talk with. There will be techniques to take you out of the constant chatter of the coop into the light heartedness of life beyond the chicken wire.
These techniques take you into ease and allow you to give up dis-ease.

An Anam Cara will affirm YOU.

You will be told that YOU are forever enough. This is because the Anam Cara knows that you are forever enough. They have seen beyond the limitation of the ego. They know the prison house of the little self. They know you hold the key to liberation. Only they might tell you that the door is always open. It was and never will be shut to you. They have trust that “all is well and all manner of things shall be well.”

An Anam Cara does really care.

They know you are always held in the hand of the Beloved. They are not here to do anything for or to you. They are only there to facilitate your discovery that you are always enough. They know that what you need is not more of anything but a great big helping of “no thing.” This gives your soul true rest. This is where you give up trying to live life and become life abundant. You become the flow of the essential. Nothing matters because it all matters. Ultimately they take you to love of soul.

So this is how I would answer my Anam Cara soul hen.

Would she be satisfied? I am not sure. I know she would think I have avoided the real question. “What comes first? – the chicken or the egg.” I compensate by tenderly gathering her up in my arms. I stroke her beautiful chicken head. I tell her, “I love you.” I tell her, “You are a forever enough hen.” She goes off and lays another golden egg.

I leave the coop. I leave this Chicken Coop for the Soul and return up the ramp to our cottage. I am gathered in. I leave Murphy to debate the rudiments of flying. He is on the edge. He is excited. One day soon he too hopes to fly. The question is, “Which soul hen will do the pushing.”

It is unbelievable when one says, yeah, I collect comic
books, what the general public response might be? Oh no, a
slightly off the wall geek. Here is someone who has lost
touch with reality. Or someone that is in his or her own
little world. I think not. Yes, comic book collectors may
sometimes march to the beat of a different drummer, but who
says we all have to be cut from the same mold. Comic books
are big business.

Back in the days of my youth (what, several millennia
ago?), I loved reading comic books. And so did a lot of my
friends. Whenever we had an extra dime or sometimes a
quarter, we could run up to the local small town grocery
and spend some very happy times at the comic book rack.

We would even go out and find small odds jobs for pocket
change, which was enough then to purchase 2 or 3 good
flights of adventure and fantasy. I can even remember
crawling under our house to retrieve a cat that had the
misfortune of dying there. My Dad couldn’t stomach the
smell and enticed my friend and I to accomplish the chore
for ample pocket change. We braved the spiders and other
crawly creatures to retrieve and bury the unfortunate cat.
Not long after that, we were the proud owners of yet,
several more intriguing comic books. Even the local bully
(who was really a pretty good guy) would purchase our worn
out or unwanted magazines for far more than they were
worth, so we could purchase new ones.

I didn’t know much about collecting then. I just liked
saving what I enjoyed. I had a large cardboard box that I
kept under my bed, filled with all my little treasures. I
didn’t realize that I had the beginnings of what could have
been something very lucrative. In later years when I headed
off to college, I dragged my large cardboard box with me.
At one point in time, I left most of my belongings in the
charge of what I thought were trusted friends. When I
returned from my forest firefighting adventures, my box
full of magazines were no where to be found. And needless
to say, were my trusted friends either. Others had seen the
value in what I had and wanted it for themselves. Oh well,
live and learn. That limited collection of comic books and
other magazines would have been worth a small fortune today.

Are there big bucks in the comic book genre? Just look at
what Hollywood has been up to for the last few decades. As
far as I can tell, the really big blockbusters started back
in 1978 with the release of Superman, The Movie. And since
then there has been comic book hero after comic book hero
to hit the silver screen. And they all make tons of money.
The Hollywood moguls may or may not be “into” the genre,
but they can smell large profits. And these kinds of
profits aren’t harvested from a small out of touch with
reality niche. It take large numbers of individuals forking
out 5 to 10 dollars a pop, to accumulate the astronomical
profits that Hollywood is seeing these days. Made up bu
individuals who may or may not want to admit their avid
interest in comic book characters. I will stand up and say,
I enjoy watching these movies and have even started my own
collection of comic book character DVDs. Who knows, maybe
some day my DVDs will become as valuable as comic books.
Probably not.

Although, not every individual’s collection has magazines
worth thousands of dollars, there are a sizable amount of
collections that can be worth hundreds of thousands or even
millions of dollars. These are not people that have lost
touch with reality. A while back, the actor, Nicholas Cage,
put his comic book collection of about 400 magazines up for
auction. Word was that he might have realized a value into
seven figures. That ain’t chicken feed.

It is not uncommon for single additions to be worth several
hundred to several thousand dollars. Some comic books can
enter the realm of several hundred thousand dollars for one
magazine. Now the owners have to be some pretty rich
economically savvy geeks. Are these the types of small
niche individuals who have lost touch with reality or don’t
want to confess they like comic books? So the next time
you hear someone profess, yeah I collect comic books, you
may want to look inside yourself and say, how do I release
my hidden passion and start collecting myself?

Now that you know this, isn’t it about time you start a
comic book collection for yourself? It is fairly simple,
but there are several things to take into consideration. To

The main reason she does not call you back is probably because you are doing something that doesn’t agree with her. You may be coming at the whole relationship from the traditional or ‘courtship’ behavior, and this may be leading her to just drop you as soon a she can.

She has other men on hand who are ready to do many things for her and all she has to do is ask them. They will drive her around, fill her stomach, even buy her things and all they get in return is a kiss on the cheek or a hug in the hopes of something more.

And all of that is if she wants to keep you around as one of her boy girlfriends. You will be categorized just like all of her other friends like this if you are even so lucky. All of this is stemming from the wrong frame of relationship in the first place.

When you start courting her, she knows that she has the power especially because of the actions you do to buy her attention almost ‘paying’ to around her. If you are more of the wussy friend, then you may talk to her a lot and she’ll tell you about all of the problems she’s having with her ‘jerk’ boyfriends.

It is true you can have REAL friendships with these women with no ulterior motive other than friendship. This is healthy. These women are my equals and I have several of these relationships. I highly recommend..be a socially adept man.

‘Courting her’ is really boring to her and she will often just not return your calls even if you are a nice guy with a lot to offer; purely because of the relationship approach that you took.

Dating dynamics have changed in our modern society. Being really traditional and expecting a woman to be interested in you when you take this approach which used to work ( but remember times have changed), is full of all kinds of expectations and is often too much pressure for her to handle even if you are a great catch. This is really why millions of American women are dumping great guys every week.

On the other hand, if you are starting the frame of the relationship on a different level which may be more closer towards an accelerated mating process of attraction, there will be a lot less pressure when done correctly because the entire dynamics are naturally based and without heavy consequence.

When you take a woman out on a date she all of a sudden now senses she is obligated to do something in return because you have paid for her attention. Usually this is just letting you kiss her on the hand or a hug, and because she does not want to deal with all of the pressure of you following her around after she might decide to let you sleep with her. Her anxiety will build up as well as yours, but she isn’t thinking about ‘you’.

As in the movie Swingers, when Mikey gets a girl’s number at the bar and then calls her immediately when he gets home, he is just oozing interest and a high level of expectation. This is a lot of pressure especially for a beautiful woman because she does not know if or when she will be able to get rid of you if she takes things further with you. This is the explanation of why most women will not call you back.

There are also other reasons why she finally just isn’t interested in you any more due to her social persona or whatever. If you are in a 50-50 relationship she may resent that you have given her most of the power; this is how two of my American x-girlfriends have broken up with me; I let them just go ahead and have the power in the relationship with me just kind of going along with things (knowing I wasn’t being myself and just keeping everything inside).

And this led to the relationship’s demise. Usually sooner or later she will lose interest in you if she can not be naturally attracted to you or if the power shifts too much in her favor.

One of the main reason traditional relationships stay together is because a man is being a man and a woman is being a traditional woman. Because of the essential role reversal that is now pervasive in our society everything and everyone has gotten confused.

There is going to be drama in any type of long-term relationship with an independent and especially beautiful woman - guaranteed. The chance that she will give up a lot of her freedom and newfound rights to be more like her traditional and simpler counterpart throughout the rest of the world, is very slim despite her birthright desire still to raise children.

The inability for her to give up a lot of her freedoms and play her more biological role of just being a mother leads to nagging, the gene, griping that many American married men will tell you about (especially if they are divorced).

I do not want to give relationship advice for men in 50-50 relationships with women, because I do not deal with that kind of drama in my life. You will find that if you can just be a man and living your reality, you will attract women to you who will want to stay around you and will not have to question why she is not calling you because she will be calling you more often than you will be calling her.

This is really the way it is supposed to be. She is the one who is supposed to be hanging by you and that’s what she wants to do despite what feminists say. Just look at women who are around men; they will often choose men who are not nice guys now and they will be calling them because ‘there’s something about them’. Women don’t have to understand this but you do. You can give them those feelings by truly being yourself (on the universal understanding level).

If you can just be a natural or a man that creates attraction and desire within women, you will have them calling you a lot more often and you will not be wondering why no one ever calls. Hey I’ve gone through it in the past as well with American women.

It is his energy of essentially giving her the power and choice in the relationship which she ultimately resents it will not call you back for; in that sense some things have never changed. Women are still women beneath their hard edged socially developed exterior.

There is a lot of leverage that is giving her this power that is already natural anyways. It is up to you to take advantage of this to give both you and her what you are looking for. This is the opposite of how Mikey reacted after he got back from the club.

In fact in a movie you will notice that his ex-girlfriend finally called him back when he officially let her go by taking the other call from his new girlfriend. This is not too far from the truth of reality.

Somehow women just know (as in the opening sequence of the movie). He was emotionally hanging on to her for too long, giving her the power in the relationship; this is not the biological order, he was being a wussy. When you really get things ‘in order’ women will be calling you and other women will start calling you all of a sudden (interesting..).

Do you cover a prenatal warning before the start of a Yoga class? Every Yoga teacher should thoroughly go over it when adult female students come to your Yoga classes. You would be surprised how many will not tell you before class.

Also, you may want to add a Prenatal Yoga warning to your initial handout, waiver, or questionnaire, for new students. Prenatal Yoga classes are specifically designed for the safety of pregnant Yoga students. Do not teach pregnant Yoga students without Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga teacher training.

Forward Bend: For students who are in good health and who are not pregnant; the fold should be guided by the breath, while elongating the spine. Then the waistline will gently draw in to a point, while the heart draws toward the toes. This is easier said than done, but will help guide your students.

Neck Rolls, with the head tilted back, can grind the cervical vertebrae against each other, causing premature wear. This is not suggested for Yoga students of any age, especially middle age and up. Your Yoga students might do this warm- up exercise slowly - and that is much better than doing it fast, but it is still not acceptable.

Also related to neck movement - linear movement, and the front part of the neck circle, are fine - if done very slowly, but this still may not be a good idea for your older Yoga students. Any neck movements should be performed in Yoga classes, only after gentle isometric exercises for the neck. You should combine Pranayama with these isometric exercises for maximum benefits.

Lunge posture in Sun Salutations: The knee should be right above the ankle during this posture. When the knee is more forward than the ankle, this can cause premature wear of soft tissue within the knee joint.

The only exception to this is when the back knee is on the floor, as this takes pressure off the forward knee. However, if a Yoga student has an existing knee ailment, or is prone to knee problems, the knee should stay directly above the ankle and not beyond it. This may be considered very cautious by some teachers, but Hatha Yoga teachers are supposed to teach restraint and safety during asana practice, at all times.

As a Yoga teacher, your form might be very good, but you will still need to correct all student alignment problems when they arise. In Warrior II, some of your students will need to be reminded to keep the back arm level. It feels normal to them when the back arm is lower.
Tree Pose: Are some of your students are pressing the foot against the side of the knee on the balancing leg? The knee is not designed to take pressure from the side. This could cause premature wear over time. The foot should always be above, or below, the side of the knee - and never to the side.
