Intellectual capacity and freedom: To be truly qualified to be categorized into human specie, human being shall enjoy intellectual capacity; awareness of the issues, attitude towards betterment, problem analysis and solution recommendation, invention, creativity, decision-making influence, and other mentally development tenets.

Further more, intellectual capacity must be freely and ubiquitously allowed without any external pressure. No matter to any field and to what extent, intellectual capacity shall be prevalently allowed; nationally, regionally and globally. I have coined this all-out authorization to deploy intellectual capacity; “intellectual freedom.”

I am not discriminating between the educated and the uneducated, but by virtue of humanity, human being is endowed to enjoy all political and civil rights, and indeed, we must deploy these rights, because in principality; human being shall live to the fullest and most potential of all material and spiritual resources.

Social presence: My coined term: “social presence” is one of my three human principles to show off our image in the public. To be short and precise, social presence is the principle to make ourselves seen in the public and the more public, the better.

To be a true human being, according to my three invented human principles, human being is not supposed to hide the identity; human livelihood is to craze ourselves amongst the public. Social presence means that the owner of the intellectually capacity and freedom must be identified.

Sony’s original plan was to unveil its new PlayStation 3 in
Japan this spring, but due to difficulties concerning its
production plans, it seems that Japan will not see the new PS3
until August. One of the main production difficulties is related
to the Blu-ray Disc drive in each console.

According to a Sony spokesperson, the company is waiting for the
final specifications on some of the technology that is being
used in the PS3, which includes the Blu-ray drive as well as
input and output video and sound.

Sony’s stock took a hit on Monday after Merrill Lynch released a
research note last week which indicated that the PS3’s launch
may be postponed by six to 12 months, and that the cost of
materials used in the console’s production could be around $900
per unit at the outset.

Yuta Sakurai, a senior analyst at Nomura Securities, estimates
the price of the unit to be around 50,000 yen, which is about
$420. “I don’t think it matters when Sony launches in the U.S.
as long as it’s in time for Christmas,” he added.

Sakurai expects Sony to aim for an early summer launch, which
would be in time for the big selling season around July, which
is when schools are on holiday.

Little is known for sure about the PS3 as of yet. Price
estimates by analysts in Japan vary greatly, ranging from 40,000
to 300,000 yen. The console will allow up to seven players to
play at once, and will be powered by the “Cell” chip, which is
more powerful than Intel’s Pentium 4.

Other features include an enhanced graphics chip, a built-in
Ethernet port, and Blu-ray, which is a next-generation DVD
format that is backed by Sony.

Since the technology specs for the PS3 are being delayed, game
developers are forced to develop games with guesswork. “Game
makers are developing games according to their guesses on what
the final specifications might be,” said BNP Paribas analyst,
Takeshi Tajima.

Sony’s PS3 will compete with the likes of the recently-released
Xbox360 and Nintendo’s Revolution console, which is expected to
be released later this year.

Since Ivory Coast is seven hours later than my local time, I called the banker on his personal phone at his home. It seems the common language there is French so the English is a dialect one must develop an ear for, so our half hour conversation was punctuated by me asking Dr. Albert Smith to please repeat himself, trying not to annoy him. Monica told me he would give me some investment advice and he turned around and asked me what I would do. I told him I felt this was a time to protect and preserve assets, not grow them. I told him I would invest 60% in Krugerrands and Canadian Maple Leaf gold coins and keep them in several safe deposit boxes. The rest would go into real estate that produced positive cash flow for Monica’s living expenses and college education. He said no, there are many growth opportunities in the U.S. market but he would discuss all that with me after the transfer took place. I said OK.

Dr. Smith said all the account information and my transfer request was in order and we only needed 3 documents from the Ivory Coast Ministry of Justice. I needed to call the bank’s lawyer tomorrow as soon as possible and request he send me the documents and we could conclude the transfer the same day or the next. Then I would purchase a plane ticket for dear Monica to come meet her new guardian and she was very much in a desperate hurry to leave Abdijan, Ivory Coast.

I sent Monica an Email telling her how well my discussion with Dr. Albert Smith went. She responded that she had spoken with him this morning and he felt the same. The 3 government documents were now all that stood between our meeting.

I called the lawyer who explained the 3 documents will cost $1850. I told him I will discuss the matter with my partner, Monica and get back to him. I sent Monica an Email explaining how she would have to take care of the fee. She wrote me back begging me to scrape up the money because she only had $320 to her name, outside of her inheritance.

I wrote back and told her I had only $20 till the first of the month when I would be left with half what she has in her pocket. I told her she had personal, professional friends who knew she was rich and would gladly make some kind of deal with her for a short term loan. If she could not handle such a small matter, our partnership was probably worthless from the beginning.

I have heard nothing more from her and wonder if I will soon have the documents in my Email. I now have a bank account I don’t need and I’ll be getting a couple of stiff phone charges I suppose. It could have been worse.

Anyway, this morning I got a message from Rose of Ivory Coast. She is richer than Monica and she prayed to God about choosing me as her partner. Think I’ll go see if she sent me the picture I requested.

When you save a regular Word file using the “Save as” command, two of the choices in the Save as Type drop down box are “Save as web page” and “Save as web page filtered”. The difference between the two is that Word places a few less HTML codes in the “filtered” option. Stay away from saving your Word files as HTML. Unless your file is very lengthy, a better solution is to first copy the file over into Notepad (or any other plain text editor). Any images, graphs, and so on will not come over of course. But when you copy the text out of Notepad the content is straight text and can be pasted into any web design tool. There the formatting can be re-added using HTML design methods. This will take time depending on the length and complexity of your file, but the end result will be a file that is much more cleaner and easy to update.
