Most people just assume that a new computer is a Dell or Gateway. Few people (other than the technically inclined) know that Dell and Gateway skimp on the parts inside the computer. What you’re left with is a third-rate computer that costs much more than it should have.

Firstly, you must gather the must-have parts for your computer to even boot up…

1.Motherboard - This is the essential piece that all other components of the computer hook into. If you are building a great computer, look for a board that contains PCI-Express slots for a killer graphics card (2005), plenty of RAM slots for memory, a good bus speed for fast processing, and 2-4 USB 2.0 slots would be nice for digital cameras, printers, etc. The motherboard is processor dependent (different types needed for different CPU’s).

2.CPU - Major brands right now are Intel and AMD. Everyone has his or her own opinions, but AMD gives more bang for the buck. Go for the Athlon 64 model and a socket 759 or 939 motherboard as it’s not ridiculously expensive and has great value. If you are an Intel fan since they are a little more stable, go with a Pentium 4 and a socket 775 board.

3.RAM - Again, dependent on the motherboard. A higher ranking is generally better but more expensive. I would go with 2 sticks of 512 MB DDR RAM as the minimum.

4.Hard Drive - They are being sold cheaper and cheaper. If you want one that will last for a long, long time…SATA is a must, 100-200GB recommended.

5.Case - A full tower if you are interested in a server class computer (very, very powerful and easy to upgrade) or a mid-size tower for a standard PC. They are usually the perfect size to stash it away and still have enough space to upgrade easily later on.

6.Monitor - I’d go with a 17″ or 19″ LCD monitor. They are much sharper the CTS (the boxy ones) and will leave your desk less crowded.

7.Keyboard & Mouse - It doesn’t really matter much unless you love First Person Shooter games. Get a cheaper one if you don’t. An additional option is to get wireless so it’s less congested. If you love FPS games, then you should go with a corded, optical mouse (less lag) that has a nice feel and weight to it.

Well, that’s all you need in order to build computers, but you still have the option to get an operating system (Windows, Mac, Linux), a CD/DVD Drive, Ethernet card, Floppy Disk Drive, Printer, Digital Camera, etc.

Secondly, you need to put the parts all together. That would be way too much information to put in one article, but I can show you a very helpful guide at http://www.gaming-computers-authority.com/Building-A-Computer.html

Do you want to get quality software at a reasonable price? Whether you work at home or just need good software for your personal computer, you are faced with an almost endless selection of computer software. Sorting through the options can sometimes be a major task. However, if you want to get good, quality software there are several things that you can do that will save you money and headaches.

With the arrival of online marketing, you have more choices than ever. There are a large number of reputable software companies that sell software at significant savings. With a little homework and thought on your part, you can get good quality software that will accomplish your specific task.
In order to save both time and money on computer software, here is a list of twelve things you should do.

1. First, make sure you know as closely as possible the exact task you want your software to accomplish. The more specific you are the better. For example, do you want a very general word processing program to write occasional letters or a more sophisticated word processing software program to run the marketing for your business?

2. Check out the minimum requirements necessary to run the software. You want to make sure it will run on your computer equipment. You should find out how much memory the program takes, what operating systems it will run on and how much disk space is required. Is there any other computer accessory required to use the software?

3. Talk to friends and associates that have used the specific type of software you’re searching for. Ask them where they got the software, how much they paid, how long they’ve used the program, what type of guarantee came with the program, etc. If you have a task, which involves a deadline, like a payroll program, ask them how they were able to get answers to their questions and how long did it take.

4. Search the Internet for reviews on the software. Look at user groups or bulletin boards to see what users are saying about the software. For example, if you’re looking at the QuickBooks business program, type in “QuickBooks Software Review” to locate review information about the program.

5. You should always test the software program before you purchase it. Many reputable companies will allow you to download their software and test it out before you buy. Take advantage of the opportunity to test the program. Enter some data, print some reports, and give the program a real workout. Try as many options as possible. Don’t always follow set procedures. Try to experiment on your own. You want to know what the software does in a real world setting. You want to know what happens when you make a mistake.

6. If the software provides support, you should think of a question about the program that may not be too obvious and ask support for help. You’re much better off to try out support before you truly need help than to wait until you’re in a “must have help” situation. See how long it takes to get an answer. Check out how clear the response is. Ask yourself, “Did this completely resolve the problem for me?”

7. Check out the software warranty and company guarantees. A software company that stands behind their program will usually guarantee their products for a specific period of time. You should get at least a 30-day money back guarantee after purchasing the product. A 90-180 day guarantee is better. Usually, the longer the product warranty, the better the software.

8. Find out how often the company provides updates to their software. Check out the cost for getting the updates. For example, many companies will include updates for a specific period of time with the purchase price of the software. Companies that actively listen to their users update their software. If a computer program has not been updated for a long time, you probably won’t get further updates.

9. If you get a “Freeware” software program, you need to know four things:
First, freeware is a software program that does not cost you any money. That means you will not be able to receive support from the author. You are basically on your own. Sometimes that is good. However, if you have a time sensitive task and run into a software problem, free software may not be your best option. If you miss a deadline and have to pay a penalty of some type, that free software isn’t so cheap after all.

Second, many times freeware is an “introductory” version of a program. That means you may still have to pay for the “complete” program or the ability to use all the program options.

Third, if there is no charge for a program, the program may include software options that gather information about you, your computer, your surfing habits, etc. and then return this information to the company via the Internet. This is sometimes referred to as “Spyware” and can cause some real problems with your computer. When you use a program to eliminate the spyware on your computer, your “free” software program may no longer work.

Finally, if you are fairly computer literate, have no specific deadlines and know that a freeware program does not contain spyware, then, a freeware computer program can be a great bargain.

10. If you get a “Shareware” software program you need to know three things: First, shareware is a software program that lets you try it out before you buy it. The author is “sharing” the program with you. If the computer shareware program does what you want it to do, then the author expects you to pay for it.

Many shareware programs allow you to use the program for a set period of time. After that period of time, the program (or at least some of the program options) will not continue to work. Don’t make the mistake of entering a lot of important data and then decide you “don’t want to pay” for the program. You could be left high and dry.

Finally, some shareware programs will continue to operate regardless of how long you use them. If you come to rely on a shareware computer program, it is wise to pay the author the nominal fee they usually request. This will help the author continue to develop and enhance the program. Besides, you’ll probably get support and help from the author if you need it.

11. Beware of companies that send you unsolicited emails offering “name brand” computer software at huge discounts. These are often overseas companies selling “illegal” software. You will not get support, but you could get a letter from the company’s lawyer telling you that you’re using a pirated copy of their software. Some people have even reported giving their credit card information to purchase these “great bargains” only to learn weeks later, they had paid for software they never got.

12. Last but not least, always order your computer software from a reputable online company. You’ll experience the best service, the best warranty and the best computer products available.

Blackworm has infected million of computers worldwide and has damaged the data stored in them. Blackworm/w32 is an internet worm which spreads through E-mails as attachment. The attachment is generally in zip format in the e-mail. It generally attacks on 3rd of evry month.

Once a person download the attachment and unzips the infected file, the worm get into the computer and damage files stored in the computer. It also manipulates the stored files in your computer. It may infect .doc, .zip, .exe and the list goes on.

It is also popularly known as Kamasutra Virus.

Right now the precaution is the only solution for it because it has the capability to even disable your ant virus. But on the safe side you can upgrade your anti-virus defintions by visiting your anti-virus website.

This virus can create lot of trouble if not treated properly, so do not take this lightly.

The best thing you can do is not to download or open any e-mail any attachment from any unknown source or person. But if somehow your computer gets infected with it, please disconnect it from the network. So that the other computers may be safe.

Also try to tell the other people sharing the network to do not save any such file on the their computer.
One thing more I recommend if you chat on any instant messenger, please do not accept any file from any unknown person on the internet.

Take Care,
Cyber Force will always help YOU!

CCTV Video Equipment (other wise known as Closed Circuit Television) has been used for the purpose of security surveillance for many years. CCTV Video Equipment differs from broadcast TV equipment as that every part is linked by cables or other direct means. Closed Circuit Television is used by security teams most often where there is a high need for extra security measures. Most all banks, airports and many apartment complexes incorporate CCTV Video Equipment into their security programs.

CCTV Video Equipment was originally developed to help strengthen security in banks however lately there has been some debate over privacy issues with the usage of Closed Circuit Television. As technology has advanced CCTV Video Equipment has become quite simple and inexpensive to use making it a popular choice for home security and for use in surveillance by many private investigators.

The United Kingdom worked in developing CCTV Video Equipment systems as a result of terrorist bombings in the 1970’s and 1980’s. Today in England there are Closed Circuit TV equipment in many bus stations, public areas and apartment buildings. CCTV Video Equipment used in the United Kingdom has shown to have reduced the amount of crime in parking lots and also crimes against taxi drivers.

The usage of CCTV Video Equipment in the United States in much less common then in the United Kingdom as it’s use tends to bring strong opposition because of privacy issues.

While some say that the use of CCTV Video Equipment does help to deter crimes from happening, CCTV Video Equipment’s most notable use is in the identification and prosecution of the criminals that are perpetrating the crimes.

Closed Circuit TV has aided in the capture and prosecution of notable terrorist bombers and child abductors. Utilizing CCTV Video Equipment to track the whereabouts of abducted children has become quite commonplace with law enforcement agencies today.

CCTV Video Equipment has also helped keep many law enforcement agencies in check. For instance Closed Circuit TV aided an dismissing some of the claims made by British police when Jean Charles de Menezes, who police officials claimed was responsible for bombing a London subway, was shot to death by police officers.

CCTV Video Equipment is also proving to be useful on the roadways of both the United Kingdom and the United States. Closed Circuit Television can be used to monitor areas of possible traffic congestion and detect when an accident happens. They can also be used to identify and apprehend those breaking traffic laws such as speeding.

While there has been some strong opposition against the overuse and misuse of CCTV Video Equipment systems, Closed Circuit TV has proven in many cases to be a very useful tool in assisting with keeping individuals safe and helping to apprehend those who commit crimes against others.

One of things that Charismatic people share is an unshakeable self confidence. It comes from deep within and it’s the knowing that everything will be okay. It’s a faith that their life is going somewhere and it has purpose. These people often are the ones that everyone notices when they walk in the room. They magically attract people to them in a social environment and everyone stops to listen to them in a business meeting. Everyone knows they mean business and what they have to say is going to be important.

I’d like to share my belief about where this self confidence can come from. I believe that we live in a changing world that is unstable and stressful. It seems that we have to be up on top of everything these days. Gone are the days that you can let your kids roam the neighborhood unattended, for fear of someone picking them up. Gone are the days when mom could sew all of your clothes and you could still be cool. Gone are the days that the parents would be home every afternoon and spend time outdoors with their kids or chatting with neighbors.

Who has time anymore? Because of the mounting bills and financial crisis that so many face, and the competitive environment that all of us face in our work and our lives, if people don’t have something solid to build their life around, they might waver and be crushed under the stress.

Women gain their esteem from the close relationships that they form. It’s important for women to have other women to share with. Even if they are happily married, it’s healthy to have friends to share their burdens or their triumphs. Men also need to have guy friends. So often men find themselves so goal oriented they wake up one day grumpy and unsatisfied. I often coach my clients to start a mastermind group of others to share their work issues with or to join an athletic team so they can meet up with these people daily, or even weekly and have someone to compare their progress to.

I also encouage my clients to get involved with a church community. While I don’t preach at them, I often point out that the most successful individuals in history often held a great faith in God. I often just plant the thought there and they can take it or leave it.

Also, being on a team, whether its in the martial arts, swimming, or running, gives each individual the feeling of “I BELONG”. Seeing the same people over and over gives a sense of security and comfort. The BEST thing about it I believe is that no one cares WHAT you do professionally or even IF You are a professional. You like each other based on your mutual passion for the sport and as you work out, your body and mind are getting wonderful side effects.

As you know by now, I’ve joined the masters swim team. I was on a swim team as a kid and I know that being on that team gave me a sense of achievement. I excelled at swimming and was respected for my accomplishments. It also gave me a sense of adventure because we had to go to meets that were far away and we’d get to go out as a team and explore different parts of the state or country.

Being on a team as an adult has done wonders for my self esteem. I have goals now that I want to achieve that are pushing me to perform better in every area of my life. I’m more focused at home and in work as a result. I’ve developed new friends that I enjoy and who I push and they push me in our workouts.

I’ve learned from many of them about how they keep motivated. My favorite one is from Shawn, who recently shared his formula of his love of making himself “Suffer”. I have used this in my workouts now and asked myself: “am I suffering yet?” If the answer is no, then I can sincerely push myself harder.

I recently coached a beautiful 23 year old successful financial executive to get on a running team. She makes a lot of money, works a lot of hours and enjoys the time she spends alone on the treadmill. She also confided that she’s a bit lonely and doesn’t have anyone to share her career with or her trials of her life. I encouraged her to join a running team at least on the weekends so people would see her working hard there and then support her ambition outside of the running team. When they see her now, they see her as an ambitious person who might be a bit self serving. This is a trap that anyone can fall in when they are building their career. You have to stay focused on growing and staying on top, and many others see it as self serving. I encouraged her to spread her ambitions out to also include her sport and passion of running.

I’m now a HUGE proponent of first, taking up a sport to gain self confidence. Second, to join a TEAM so you’ll be a part of something greater than yourself and they’ll keep you engaged, either by motivating you or “guilting” you into it! Either way can work of course!

I also believe that by pushing your body, you gain a sense of power from your body being able to achieve things that it normally didn’t to. It’s such a lift mentally to survive a strenuous workout and to feel the soreness that comes afterwards. Then to feel yourself getting stronger and stronger is such a great accomplishment. There is no way that you won’t feel good about yourself.

Mentally, the endorphins in your brain are released during strenuous exercise and experts have compared this to taking the drug opium. Its what they call the “runners high” and that is why so many people get addicted to exercise. Exercise has proven to have the ability to knock out depression and improve health. In this day and age, with this knowledge, it should be a requirement in life to have a daily exercise regime.

My favorite quote about exercise that I coined for my clients is this: EXERCISE IS NOT AN OPTION. It’s a REQUIREMENT.

How about you? Could you use a little lift during your day? If so, then grab a buddy and get your body MOVIN’. Then join a team, meet some friends, and find yourself as a new unshakable confident and charismatic person! You deserve it!

VoIP, or Voice over Internet Protocol, is becoming the
alternative to the high cost of local telephone service. The
primary advantage is the savings on local and long-distance
calls. There are also savings for all the extra features that
are included in the basic VoIP service. Traditional telephone
companies charge extra for things like call display, voice mail
and call forwarding. Many VOIP providers offer these features at
little or no cost.

With this new technology there are eight important factors to
consider before you take the plunge and get a VOIP service.

1) You need a High Speed Internet Connection

In order to use VoIP, you need to have a high-speed Internet
connection, such as DSL or cable. If you do not have this then
your costs to have VOIP will be higher.

2) Power Outages

VoIP is dependant on commercial AC power from your local
utility. Your standard telephone runs on phantom power that is
provided over the line from the telephone central office. Even
if your AC power goes out, your standard telephone still works.
The VOIP gateway, ATA equipment and high-speed Internet modem
requires AC power. During a power failure if you do not have a
UPS or back up power system, you will not be able to make or
receive telephone calls. This could be a problem if you need to
call 911. These is why some people use Voice over IP for long
distance calling only and keep their existing telephone number
with their standard telephone service.

3) Emergency 911

The 911 systems do not know what you physical address is because
of the SIP addressing scheme. With SIP there is no way to
associate a geographic location with an IP address, so calling
911 in an emergency can be a serious problem. You could be in
Vancouver using a Toronto number and the 911 dispatchers would
not know that. Most VOIP service providers have a work around
that has you call into their 911 center where they can find out
where you are and then dispatch the local emergency services to
you. This could cause a delay in getting emergency services to
you quickly. The standard telephone service uses a North
American Number Plan and the local service provider knows your
address based on the number called that’s in their database.
Keep this in mind when deciding to cancel your standard
telephone service. Ask your provider how they are handling 911
emergency calls; your life may depend on it.

4) You may still need your standard telephone line

Satellite TV subscription services and home security systems all
use a standard phone line to communicate. There is currently no
way to integrate these products with VoIP. Consider your
requirements if you are planning to discontinue your local
standard telephone service.

5) Local Telephone White Page Listings

VoIP providers may or may not offer directory assistance or
local white page listings.

6) Reliability

Because VoIP uses a high-speed Internet connection, it is
susceptible to all the problems normally associated with home
broadband services. All of these factors will affect call
quality: Latency, Jitter, noise, and Packet loss. Telephone
conversations can become distorted, garbled or lost because of
these transmission errors. It is important to have a High
Quality connection from a reputable internet service provider.

7) Security

Like many Internet based programs, VoIP is susceptible to worms,
viruses and hacking. Make sure you use anti-virus and firewall
security software.
8) Extensions

The standard telephone service is analog. It uses 2 wires to
transmit and receive the telephone call. You local telephone
company may have already outfitted your residence with extension
jacks throughout the house. With VOIP, the main connection point
becomes where your High Speed Internet modem is located. You may
not have cabling connections at that location to the rest of the
house. The solution is to have an electrician assist you in
cabling the extensions or using a cordless telephone.

The keys ingredients to a healthy relationship are respect,
love, trust, individuality, patience, compromise, setting goals
as a couple, and intimacy.

1. Respect is a two way
street, you must respect your partner if you want them to
respect you. Respect their thoughts, dreams, ambitions and their
alone time. Treat them as you would want them to treat you when
you discuss their ambitions or just their hobbies.

2.
Love is one of those emotions that many people can turn on and
off on a whim. If you are one of those type people, then your
relationships will never go far. When you really love someone
you take care to pay attention to their desires and their needs.
If you turn off your love when your partner does not agree with
you, then you are not acting out of love but out of selfishness.
Selfishness does not belong in a relationship. When you become
partners you should be one. That does not mean that the other
person will always agree, but you should be able to see their
point of view and work through the situation in a loving manner.

3. Trust the person that you have chosen to spend the
rest of your life with. If you are always questioning their
whereabouts or their motives, they will soon not want to come
home and be put under the microscope.

4. Let them be
themselves. Individuality is very important for each person to
attain. Just because they are your partner does not mean that
you were joined at the hip on your wedding day. Let your spouse
go play golf, go shopping or enjoy other hobbies that make this
person the one that you fell in love with. If you take away
their individuality, they will no longer be that person, but
someone you have molded them into. They will become unhappy and
so will you.

5. Patience is one ingredient that many
couple seems to ignore. But, you are beginning a life together.
You both have your own little habits that may annoy one another,
but if you have patience and discuss these annoying habits you
both will be able to overcome and share your life together. We
all grow in a relationship and growing means change, have
patience with each other as your marriage or relationship
blossoms and grows.

6. Compromising is one tough
subject for anyone. Who really wants to compromise at all? Let’s
say you both want to watch television at the same time on each
Sunday night but on different channels. This can be very
difficult to decide, but you can take turns each Sunday or
invest in another television. There are always ways in which you
can compromise that will keep both of you happy.

7.
Settings goals together as a couple as where you both see
yourselves in the next 5, 10, or 15 years is a great way to
discover where you really want to be. Do you both see children
or a large new home? What ever your goals are, you should plan
your future together so you both can contribute.

8. You
may think intimacy will always be there and you both will desire
each other just like the day you met. But, as work, children,
and other stresses become more dominant intimacy seems to take a
back seat. Do not let this happen! Intimacy is a very important
part in any relationship. We all need to be held and know that
we are loved. Find time even if it is just stolen minutes for a
hug and kiss. Plan evenings for more romantic intimacies.

When you respect and love each other just as you would
want your spouse to you, most other problems will work
themselves out and your relationship will be one that lasts a
very long time.

Anyone who has seen the movie’ Honey I shrunk the kids’ can imagine how useful compression can be. Compression, which has become anonymous with Zip files work off the same idea only with a (add your joke here)’slightly’ different technology.

You will find a lot of data compression programs in use today and some are easier and have better features than others, so in this article I will talk about compression in general, but may through in a couple of examples for comparison.

The first thing you need to know is that there can be more than one compressed file; you can have an archive (a multiple of files). The main benefit of this is that the user can:

* Save valuable disk space

* Can send and receive files on the internet quicker

* Speeds up your processor

* Depending on the file compression program can reduce files as much as 90%

The user should also be aware that files can only be opened with the original compression program that compressed it. Think of this as a form of protection, if you will since this is like an encrypted file or archive. Adding a password is another way to insure files are safe from prying eyes and some compression programs let you do this at any level of compression or decompression with the associated commands (update, move, feshien, add). Only individual files can be password protected not whole archives.

Ever since the first personal computers (PC’s) came about people found how easy it is to load up there drives with programs and downloads that eat up much of there memory. That’s why developers created data compression programs in the first place, to free up hard drive space and increase processor speed.

There are a lot of data compression programs and they are not exactly alike because they use different data compression algorithms. One popular program, for example looks for repeating words or phrases and assigns them there own character or number value.

A lot of users don’t fully understand the more advanced features of their data compression programs so they are not really getting there full value. Syntax command lines are a good example of this confusion. There are four basic commands in syntax (the shape of a command line);

* Command: The task to be preformed like add, delete or update.

* Archive: the name of the archive.

* Switch or Option: lets user specify a file option like adding file directories for compression.

* File: name of file(s) to be processed.

A user can compress files four basic ways:

Add files to archive - old files with same name are overwritten.

Move files to archive - upon compression old files are deleted.

Update files - makes sure you have the most recent file version.

Freshen files - almost like update, seeks out the last modified file and adds it to archive.

The above commands have there basic functions but can do other things. Ex. the update & add commands can create and compress files and the Freshen command can create a new archive.

There are only a couple of data compression programs out there that give the user more than one compression method - PKZIP AND ARJ.

PKZIP has what they call an imploding method and a shrinking method; without going into great detail imploding uses less memory (90k), and is very through. This is the default setting. Shrinking is fast but uses a bit more memory (128k), works great for smaller files.

ARJ gives the user more options for data compression. It uses multiple settings (m1 to m4),

This is a tradeoff of prosessing speed versus packing dentisy. There are 2 more options available here but test runs show no significant change in time or compression.

Even with experienced compression users, extracting compressed files with a newer version of a data compression program may prove difficult, so programmers created self extracting files (SFX) to enable beginners to easily use compressed files. This small program may be part of the original program or added after as a separate program.

I realize some of this may sound confusing and for that I apologize, and after all, people will compresses data using only the basic functions and be happy and content because it suits there present needs. In conclusion you can tell there are many options available when using any data compression program and it is well worth the time (got time on the week end?) and effort to learn some of the advanced features if you want to save some serious space on your hard drive.

Sexual Intimacy is an experience that blows us all away at
first. As a relationship proceeds however, the passionate fire
tends to fade and burn out. If you learn to adapt to the new
stages in your relationships, you can keep your passion fire
burning and experience a sexual greatness you never thought you
could accomplish!

The reason sex becomes less mysterious is because it eventually
enters a new stage of comfort and familiarity. You and your
partner have been together for a certain amount of time and have
had the opportunity to explore each other’s bodies over and over
again. Not only that, but the two of you continue to follow the
same sexual routines, because you already know what certain
things satisfies the two of you and therefore you feel safe and
fear from trying anything new.

Do not, nevertheless, let new stages scare or have you give up
on having a hot and passionate sex life with your lover. In
fact, finding that comfort and familiarity in your relationship
will help open the doors to new discoveries and experiences.
Entering the comfort and familiar stage is wonderful for the
reason that it makes you feel. . .well. . comfortable! You have
been with your partner long enough to feel safe and comfortable,
which means your relationship is open enough to explore new
areas and try new things, using the things you already know
about each other’s sexuality and desires. Using familiarity to
your relationship’s advantage will only bring you new and
exciting results.

If you feel like trying something new or wish to explore new
areas in the bedroom, you can either talk to your partner about
it or take a chance and just try it the next time you are
intimate! Talking about sex with your partner does mean that
there is trouble in paradise. Many couples fear that if they
bring up the sex, it will send out the message that their
partner is not good enough and will therefore upset their lover
and start a fight. Just be honest about it, combining it with
good timing and the right choice of words, of course. Simply
tell him or her that you feel close to them and wish to take
your intimacy to the next level of new discoveries and even more
closeness.

Together, you and your partner can come up with new ideas and
suggestions of how you can turn the bedroom into a new
destination, taking you to mysterious and sexy places. If you
are thinking about throwing in some new ideas without discussing
it with your partner the next time you perform sexual activity,
it would be advisable to look over your ideas first. If your new
ideas seem too unfamiliar and out of character of your usual
routine, then perhaps it would be best to talk to you lover
about it first. You do not want to scare or shock your partner
with something so unexpected and unknown. It could be something
they do not believe belongs in sexual activity, or simply makes
them too uncomfortable.

Re-Discovering each other is another terrific way to heat things
up again. The two of you have seen each other’s bodies so many
times; that you probably stopped observing it altogether and
just went straight for the deed and mission to orgasm. It is
important to remember that sex in humans has everything to do
with feeding the minds fantasy. Sex is a very visual activity;
so take the time to re-discover your partner’s body, every curve
and area that puts together the creature you desire so much. Oh
yes, and take your time! Over time in a relationship, people
tend to rush and hurry more during sex as if it is a chore.
Making love is supposed to be a fun and patient experience. So
take the time to observe your lover’s body, kissing every area
patiently, expressing the fantasy your mind has for your
partner, making it come true.

Paying attention plays a big part in sexual greatness as well.
If you are taking it slowly as you should, you will able to
notice the expressions your partner is making, which can be a
big turn on for you and boost your sexual confidence, motivating
you to go on and try new and more things to keep things running
smoothly and hot. Keep in mind that you should pay attention to
yourself as well. If you wish for an area to be pursued, feel
free to request it from your partner. After all, your partner
will do his or her best, but is not a mind reader1

Showing your appreciation and care for each other will leave
things healthy in the bedroom, making you both look forward to
the next time, with the wish to discover each other all over
again. Do not just get up and go about your day after you are
done. Take the time to let your partner know how wonderful the
experience was and how great it made you feel, as well as asking
how they feel about it too. Talking about it will bring the two
of you closer together, which will result in the both of you
craving more and more intimacy.

In order to do all of this though, you must make the time! Too
many people claim that they wish to improve their sexual life,
but just do not have the time. If heating things back up in your
sex life is truly important to you and your partner, then you
both will have to make the time to dedicate to your sexual needs
and desires. Set up a time when you can talk about it and
patiently have a love making session. As time goes by and you
get used to your new sexual lifestyle, you will be able to be
spontaneous as well. Spontaneity is just as important because it
makes things more exciting and comes in handy when you are
having the busiest of schedules!

When you and your lover work as a team and put in the efforts
needed and wanted to your sexual relationship, you will be able
to re-explore all the things you love about each other, as well
as finding out things you never knew could make the two of you
so wild. Just keep an open mind, be honest about how you are
feeling and make the time to approach the bedroom with care,
patience and willingness. In time, you will, as a couple, find
your secret to making your sex life last in the hottest and
sexiest way you could only dream about before.

Do you remember the old saw about how computers would change our lives for the better? We’d have more time to ourselves and lead healthier, happier lives. The truth is computers do make processing information lightening fast. It’s just that today, we have so much more information to process and so many more distractions that the computer, via the Internet, has brought into our lives.

The bottom line? Today we spend more time operating a computer (for fun and for
profit) than on any other single pastime save for maybe sleeping. And if you’re a
heavy computer user like me, even sleep takes a back seat to computer use every
now and then.

There are health hazards to continual computer use. Personally I’ve suffered from
back and shoulder pain, eye strain and numbness in my fingers. I’ve even had to
deal with stiff joints and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. None of this was any fun.

But I did learn a few things important enough to pass along to you today. Here are
some things you can do right now to reduce or eliminate stress on our body while
operating your computer.

The Concept of Neutral Body Positioning

Consider a comfortable working posture with a natural alignment of all your joints
from head to toe. This method of neutral positioning helps you reduce the stress
and strain on your muscles, tendons, and skeletal system thus reducing the risks of
developing a musculoskeletal disorder (MSD).

Some Quick Tips - Body Posture

Your hands, wrists, and forearms should all be in a row, straight, and almost parallel
to the floor.

Your head and torso should be in-line with your head slightly bent forward, facing
forward, and balanced.

Your shoulders should be at ease with your upper arms hanging normally at the
sides of your body.

Your elbows should be close to your body and bent between 90 and 110 degrees.

Your feet should be either supported by a footrest or should be relaxing on the
floor.

While leaning back or sitting in a vertical position, make sure your lower back is
fully supported.

Your hips and thighs should be supported by a well-padded seat.

Your knees and hips should be at almost the same height as your feet and slightly
forward.

More Tips - Your Work Environment

Readjust your chair and backrest at regular intervals.

Periodically stretch your fingers, hands, arms, and torso.

Your keyboard, monitor, and your posture should be on a straight line to
avoid any positional discomforts.

Always adjust your chair so you’re looking down at the screen, never up.

Your desktop should be at a convenient height with enough space for your
equipment and the day’s work.

Your chair should give good back support and allow for height adjustment.

Your keyboard and the mouse mat should have a good wrist-rest.

A document holder placed at the height of your monitor will eliminate neck strain.

of heavy computer use.
