My name is Jeffrey Michael Miller and I’m the author of the poetry book entitled ” From The Inside Out ” by Publishamerica. I want to take this time to talk about some self appointed poetry guru’s who freely hand out misleading information. Some of these people that I won’t mention by name parade around on every website and forum they can find expressing all their ideas and notions about the world of poetry while they themselves are the very things they are warning you the readers about.

These very same people who give you information on how to become successful in the world of poetry are nobodies themselves with bad reputations that are documented on websites around the internet for being frauds for the most part. Some of these people have been accused of stealing the work of others and they have been ostracized and disowned by their very own publishers but they still come on sites like this hiding the truth about themselves and making it look to you the reader like they are successful and sought after poets with good and informative information.

Do yourself a huge favor and ignore these people dishing out this garbage advice while trying to make other poetry groups and organizations look bad in the process. The reason why some of these people are so very mad and spew this kind of nonsense is because they have never won one single award or recognition from the organizations they are trying to ruin the reputation of. Their work was not seen as being good enough to merit a recognition or award in the free world so these people create their own forums with horrible reputations for all kinds of abuses and nonsense to be spread throughout the poetry world like a bad virus.

They award themselves poet of the month on their very own forums and it’s absolutely laughable and they do this because nobody else would award them poet of the month if they didn’t do it themselves. If you took the time to look into some of these names you would find case after case of allegations against them so research the source of these poetry articles before you listen to the words of these people.

These people logroll and review one another’s books in attempt to look popular and their book sales come from one another with little interest from the general public. They sell to their own forum members who are misleaded into thinking these people are prominent poets when they are in reality laughing stalks of the art.

Don’t be fooled by a snake dressed up in bunny rabbits clothing my friends and look into the source of the poetry information you’re receiving because the garbage from so called poets out there is rampant. Self promotion and delusions of grandure are the only things they really know about and poetry is far from their knowledge base.

If you prefer to listen to people who name themselves poet of the month on their own forums then please go ahead and do so but to me it stinks and is far from legitimate. Just remember that I warned you when you finally realize who you’re reading information from.

Always take time to know the source before you get wrapped up in someone’s pretty and deceitful words. The poeple pointing fingers in reality should be pointing to themselves and not deceiving the readers. If it walks and talks like a poetry duck my friends then indeed it is a duck.

Many people, especially those who engage in surveillance to protect their families or to get information, are beginning to see the sense behind making use of a spy mobile phone. With technology becoming more sophisticated and less detectable by common means, the spy mobile phone is one of those covert listening devices that can be exceptionally useful. It falls in the category of telephone bugs, but may of these cell phone bugs are more than just cell phone listening devices; they can also help you with GPS tracking. Setting up a spy mobile phone is relatively easy. The hardest part, if the phone is for someone not in your family to whom you would be giving a new phone, is actually getting the spy phone to the person. If you are using it to keep tabs on a child or a spouse, all you have to do is pass out new phones to everyone in the family. It becomes trickier when you have other considerations. If you are performing surveillance for someone else, have him or her give the phone to the subject. If you are going to be gathering your own information, and you don’t have a reason to give the phone to someone, you will just have to “forget” your phone somewhere or “drop” it “accidentally” in someone else’s open bag. But before you place your spy mobile phone you need to get it ready to go. If you are using one of the latest phones, this means that you need to program in the secret phone number. The latest spy cell phone allows you to activate the phone secretly and listen to what is happening on both ends of the conversation, as well as use the phone as a room monitor. These types of cell phone bugs have two phone numbers. The first is the number that anyone can call to reach the person in possession of the cell phone. The second is a secret number that only the listener calls and uses to activate the bug. This type of spy mobile phone is exceptionally useful, comes with a GPS tracking system that you set up on your computer and know where the phone is, and allows you to listen in, even when the phone is not in use by the subject. It is the best spy mobile phone on the market today. (c) 2005 Copyright www.spyassociates.com. This article is about: Spy Mobile Phone.

If you have old, plain t-shirts, or buy some plain ones you can design your own t-shirt.
You can choose if you want to use buttons, bows or if you simply want to use iron-on-transfers. Iron-on-transfers come in many motifs and are easy to apply. You can also use rivets, beads, ribbons or you can cut out details from some old clothes.

Making a personal t-shirt is a perfect gift to your family and friends. Use your creative skills and you are sure no one else has exactly the same t-shirt as you! You can also transform canvas bags into your own art, or any other plain fabric you might have. Your imagination is your only limit!

Giving your kids a personal t-shirt will definitively be a hit!

This is how you do
Pick a plain t-shirt, bag or plain fabric. Choose where you will place your design, whether it is a button design or iron-on-transfer design. If you want the design to be centred it is advisable to measure it so you are sure you find the centre. If you use an iron-on-transfer, carefully iron it on the t-shirt. Cover with a kitchen towel and do a firm ironing. Carefully hand wash to make the transfer sit tight.

You’re probably sabotaging your successful Christian life right now if you’re making
one or more of these mistakes. Do you know what they are?

I’m going to share with you quickly three of the most common mistakes that Christians
make and how they can be corrected.

Mistake #1: “Being a Christian means I am a sinner that was saved by God’s mercy and I’m still a sinner…”

This is a commonly held misbelief by many Christians. They belief that they are still sinners. Christians are not still sinners who only received God’s mercy at salvation.

When you accepted God’s free gift of salvation because of his mercy, you also received
something by grace–his life!

So you are no longer a sinner, you are a totally new creation, God has placed his life
inside of you to make you who you are–a righteous and holy Saint!

Mistake #2: “I have to try to act like the Christian I am supposed to be-a good,
moral, holy person…”

Satan often uses this to trick Christians by giving them this thought, that would
appear to be a good thing–but it is actually a source of disaster!

You see, this goes along with mistake #1, when you try to act like something you’re
not you are bound for failure!

If you realize the fallacy of thinking that you are a sinner you won’t act like one.
And when you realize that you already are a righteous, holy, new creation because of
the finished work of Christ–you won’t have to act like one because you are one!

It’s impossible to successfully be something you are not. You have the victory to
succeed as a righteous Christian because you are, because you have Christ’s life that remade you!

Mistake #3: “I better be sure to ask forgiveness for my sins when I do sin because I want to make sure I’m forgiven of them, so God will still love me…”

Why would you ask for something that you already have? Why would you ask for forgiveness of sins you have already been forgiven of?

When Christ died on the Cross for the sins of the world, he died for ALL of them! Right? So when you accepted by faith his gift of salvation, the sacrifice that he made for your sins you received forgiveness for ALL of your sins! That is why Christ said,
“It is finished”.

A common misunderstanding is that he died only for those sins you have already
committed, not future ones. That sins you commit from here on out have to be
forgiven.

Ponder this for a moment, how many of your sins were in the future 2,000 yrs ago?

You are completely and totally forgiven of all of your sins-past, present, and future!
You received the life of Christ upon accepting salvation, that’s why you are a
reborn, righteous saint! Instead of asking for forgiveness, give God praise for the
awesome completed work at the cross!

I do not want curiosity seekers, who come for a novel experience. There is a phrase that has been used down through the ages for such people. “Do not cast the Pearl before the swine”. The swine comes across a precious jewel on the trail and does not recognize it value. It is unfortunate for humans that most fall into the swine category! Please do not be offended by my remark! Every soul is at a different level of understanding and appreciation. There are those who have the maturity to realize the value of such a jewel, all others want to rush out to watch the latest Tom Cruz movie.

Be assured this is not an easy process. It is far from it! Though the technique is easy to understand and apply, it is the practice over time that is difficult.

From the moment of our birth, we become externally focused into the material world. The world demands and commands we focus our attention on it. Exhausted at the end of the day, we fall into our beds to sleep. If we remember our dreams, they for the most part mirror our daily lives. Not only are we consciously, burdened, by our waking life, in sleep we are burdened as well.

The objective is to set aside time which is dedicated to your inner being. With time and discipline, you will build a stronger internal focus. The more intense your inner focus, the more intense the experience. A strong commitment, coupled with desire will carry you far. How far will be determined by you?

I usually practice the Light technique at 4 AM in the morning. At this time the mind tends to be quieter. As I become acquainted with the Inner landscape and focus more attention into it, I am able to recognize more detail. When sufficiently centered within the inner vista, I am able to notice the incredible matrix structure of the mind. I notice clusters of light particles which I recognize as family memories. The grouping of these clusters and the individual photon like particles have a variety of different colors. A way to explain the light associated with the cluster of photon particle is to imagine having an experience at an amusement park. From experience we all know such places are quite colorful. The colors of the photon clusters matches the color at the amusement park. So it is for all of our experiences. Within our minds our memories are actually colored by the light available at each and every experience we have. We even pattern what we imagine from the actual environment of our experiences, though what we imagine is not rooted in personal reality.

What holds these clusters together are the emotion at the time of the experience, be them positive or not.

Continuing with the practice I focus on an imaginary point directly in the center of my field of view. Gradually golden light begins to form around this point. The objective here is not to allow the mind to jump in and analyze the light. When this occurs the light begins to fade. Quickly return your focus back to the center, the light will again form at the focal point. Keeping the attention fixed until a Do-Nut shape sphere forms and then continuing to gaze inward at the same point. At this juncture lessen the pressure on each of your eyes proportionally and ever so lightly.

You will notice the light changing from a golden glow to a bright white. The white light may fill your entire field of view and you may notice feeling warmer. Eventually the light will fade, but you continue to keep your focus at the center. Once the golden light returns and again forms the sphere shape, relax the pressure on the eyes as before. Again the white light will again appear. Over time you may reach a point where the light is so white and the associated warmth so intense the you may feel discomfort. Do not worry! This is a natural reaction within the body, brought on by the release of the intense light energy.

There will be times when you will feel very little interest in doing the Light procedure. Doing the procedure with a lack luster effort will still have value. Even though you don’t feel like doing the work required, you will be communicating to your mind that you are the “Boss”. You are disciplining the mind to be responsive to your commands, It is far better for you to control the mind that for it to control you. You must come to realize, appreciate and understand the power of your consciousness and its ability to evaluate and make decisions. The inner realm of the mind is like a hall of mirrors. It will reflect back to you exactly what you know or imagine reality to be. One mans reality is not another’s! There are literally billions of individual realities. Will any of these human realities provide you with the immortality that we hunger for? Not one of them!

My advice, is to devote yourself to that which will provide you the jewel of immortality. Begin now to build the bridge between your daily life and that of the Creator of Life.

Would you like an exciting and wonder-full resolution for the new year?
Become a spiritual scientist. Choose to learn the skills of self-mastery,
so you can shift out of story-based reality and cocreate your personal
heaven on earth.

As the world’s of science and spirituality merge our quantum
brothers and sisters are saying what mystics for centuries have
proposed - life is not what it seems. The reality that you think
you experience every day is simply a facade - like the fake
western town built as a backdrop in movies. You create this
facade by assigning meaning to what you perceive. You make
up stories or meaning to circumstances and situations and your emotions
become addicted to certain stimuli. If you haven’t had your ‘fix’ in
awhile, you will create a situation, in your inner or outer world,
that produces that emotional response - even if it’s painful!

Wait, there’s hope! You can create an entirely different
response inside and change your reality. How?

Let me explain…

It took me many years to wake up to this phenomenon. I, like you,
perpetuated my hurts, disappointments, and fears day in and day
out thinking, “Is this all there is? Why am I experiencing this
again?” It wasn’t until I choose to shift my point of view and see my life
and myself from my inner compassionate observer that I moved out of the
delusions of fear. Taking baby steps I began to un attach myself from my
habitual drama/trauma responses. Slowly I experienced a whole new me that I
didn’t know existed. Soon I was cocreating a happy, and fulfilling life.

The ability to move off the drama/trauma playing
field and live on the divine cocreation playing
field requires you to become a spiritual scientist in your life.
As a student, teacher, facilitator, coach and counselor of
spiritual science for many years I know that choosing to pull
ourselves out of slumber is not always a pleasant experience. But
the alternative is a numbed out, lifeless personal hell.

My definition of a Spiritual Scientist is one who observes through
the eyes of soul how to work masterfully with the human reactive
nature, apply the learning to their life and cocreate heaven on earth.

Becoming a Spiritual Scientist establishes your divinity as a major
player, not a back seat driver. When you have your wisdom, truth, clarity
and loving directing your reality, the very best of life that is for you
comes your way. You cocreate your life with authentic empowerment and in
partnership with your divinity. The results are heaven on earth.

Each month I will present spiritual power tools to
uplift, heal, shift and inspire you. These practical spiritual abilities
require a shift in perception - letting go of old beliefs, fears and
conditioning and expanding into the divine self.

The old beliefs do not give up easily. Have you noticed how tenacious you
hold on to being right? How much you want to control people and
circumstances around you? Have you observed when those habitual headaches,
backaches or anxiety attacks happen? Has your personal sense of safety just
been threatened?

Imagine for a moment that you could be free of nagging self-doubt, fears,
worries or judgments? What if you could:

1. Use everything for learning, growth and awareness

2. Look for the good in all people and situations

3. Work masterfully with the human nature

4. Live in the present with intention

5. Take full responsibility for everything in your life

6. Develop multidimensional awareness as a divine being

Your divine self holds the keys to a personal portable paradise within - an
experience of lasting peace, loving and joy. Where is this divine self?
Take in a deep breath - now let it go. Your divinity is as close as that
breath. Your choice is as easy as breathing in - and breathing out. Here’s
a simple practice for the first month of 2005. Several times a day, take in
a deep breath and say inside,’I'm breathing in the presence of my divine
self.” Then let it go and affirm your choice to wake up to your personal
heaven.

I invite you to take this journey. Step into your birthright as a cocreator with God. Your magnificence is waiting.

Abundance and Loving.

INTRODUCTION

Spiritual affirmations are positive, statements of intention, that facilitate manifestation. This particular Biblical Psalm used as spiritual affirmation both protects us and connects us with our Higher Faith, and therefore our Higher Destiny. It has been traditionally recited for thousands of years when one desires attaining a calm certainty during life’s challenging transitions.

To receive the greatest benefit, we allow a few minutes to calm ourselves down, centering ourselves and creating our own sacred space, before the recitation of the following affirmation.

Psalm 23 - Psalm of David

Traditional Translation

“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His Name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me.”

Spiritual Translation when used as Affirmation:

“My Higher Power shepherds me.

In Its guidance and protection, I lack nothing.

In my place of rest among the green meadows, I find inner peace and tranquility.

I receive my guidance emanating from the still waters within.

My soul restoring itself, the cares of yesterday flow out with ease and all the burdens with them.

Releasing me unto the paths of righteousness (right-use-ness), I am aligned with, and guided by, the Higher Essence.

Even when I do walk in the valley of darkness and uncertainty, I fear no evil, for You my Source are always with me.”

We then conclude with the following:

I am aligned with the ancient message of this above Psalm. It is my belief. This governs my thinking today. Nothing can stop my Highest Good from coming to me, for my mind is rested in G-d. Peace fills my whole being. There is nothing to fear, for G-d is all there really is. I claim this Presence as my own. I trust in Its guidance and direction. All is well and all is good. I give thanks for another Great Day.

It’s amazing how - even when we’re working from a “higher vision” - we still see the people, the events and the circumstances in our lives with the same perspective: our own! It’s “only human” to always be able to see how right we are in any given situation, and it’s always difficult - and sometimes impossible! - to look at ourselves and our actions through the other person’s eyes. But if we really want to grow - if we really want to know who we are - then we have to be willing to look at ourselves a little more objectively - a little more realistically - then we’re used to doing, and we have to be willing to accept responsibility - both for the way we express ourselves emotionally, and for the effect we have on other people through that expression.

Seeing things only from our own perspectives is a pretty emotional stance in itself; it’s an easy way to protect ourselves from other people’s thoughts and other people’s feelings. Whatever emotion we may use to justify our behavior, life is always easier if we have someone else to blame when things aren’t running smoothly. Whether we blame the other person, or fate, or life itself, it “feels better” if whatever is happening isn’t our fault!

We’ve all heard that “we create our own reality,” but do we really understand what that means? If we did, then we’d also understand why the most difficult part of “being aware” is being aware of the reality (or the working environment) that we create by the way we respond to the people, the events and the circumstances in our lives. Once we truly realize that “what goes around comes around,” we see our own anger, our own resentment, or our own frustration coming back at us, and we realize that the only light at the end of our emotional tunnel is the headlight on a train coming straight towards us, fueled by our own negative energy.

It is at this point on our personal path that we begin to see - and accept - that most of the crisis, problems and “less than positive” relationships in our lives are created by us for our own emotional needs, and we can begin deciding which of those crisis, which of those problems, and which of those “less than positive” relationships we want to eliminate from our lives in the name of “growth.”

Before we can move past the “crisis” and into “positive problem solving,” we have to be willing to admit that our conscious thoughts can justify almost any behavior. We’ve spent our entire lives feeling that we have the right to be angry, that we have the right to seek revenge, to prove our point, to make our egos feel better if someone else makes it feel bad. We can justify being downright hateful if someone hurts us, or rejects us, or disappoints us in some way.

Perhaps earlier on our path, we chose - as so many people do - to learn through negative experience because we didn’t trust ourselves to pay attention to the life lessons at play unless they were really uncomfortable to be involved in. The more “emotional crisis” we worked our way through, the more confident we became that we were strong enough to survive the storms of life. It’s when we realize that we can not only survive but actually live without the storms that we realize that our path has taken us to “the sunny side of the street,” and we begin to enjoy the rainbow as much as we used to enjoy the storm.
